Kyle Rittenhouse (and the U.S. Militia generally) vs Leftist Enemy Combatants in Government and Media

Anyone who seeks to infringe on the right of the United States militia to keep and bear arms—is a traitor under the Constitution, and an enemy combatant.

According to United States federal law—10 U.S. Code § 246 —the militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and . . . under 45 years of age who are . . . citizens of the United States (and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard). And there are two classes of the militia:

(1) the organized militia, which consists of the National Guard and the Naval Militia; and
(2) the unorganized militia, which consists of the members of the militia who are not members of the National Guard or the Naval Militia.

As an able-bodied 17-year-old male, Kyle Rittenhouse is a member of the militia of the United States, according to federal law under 10 U.S.C. § 246(a).

The Constitution holds that militia-member Kyle Rittenhouse’s right to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed, because a well regulated militia—under 10 U.S.C. § 246—is necessary to the security of a free state.

This tells you everything that you need to know about the leftist terrorists in government and media who seek to cage Rittenhouse for defending himself against deadly attacks by leftist domestic terrorists—saying that Rittenhouse, at 17, cannot lawfully carry a gun. They are traitors to the Constitution, and so they are enemy combatants against the United States.
