Three Possibilities When Boys Hear a Socially Ugly, Boring Hypocrite Say She is Independent

(A) The Fantasy

Recently, I received the following tradcon (traditional-conservative) political porn:

“One of my girlfriends posted that she was stranded at a local drive thru and believed her battery needed a jumpstart.

“I wasn’t 10 minutes away so I let my husband know what I was doing, grabbed my husband’s jumper cables from his truck toolbox, and headed to bring some reprieve for my friend.

“I pulled in next to her, popped my hood, unraveled the cables, and recited, ‘Red on red. Black on black.’

“‘Okay, fire her up.’

“It didn’t take 5 minutes.

“Two older ladies were watching us in the stall next to us.

“‘That’s what I’m talking bout! Y’all don’t need no man!” The one exclaimed from the driver’s window.

“‘That’s right! We only need them to reproduce!’ I replied jokingly.

“I closed our truck hoods and waved goodbye as I smiled at my friend and her two boys in the back.

“Then the gentle breeze of correction from the Holy Spirit brushed my heart.

“‘What if the boys had heard you…’

“Oh, my heart broke.

“I would NEVER want to make ANYONE, especially a child, feel less than…unimportant…dispensable.

“I thought about how much I DO need my husband.

“I need him to bear the weight of family when my knees are buckling under depression.

“I need him to lift me up when fear causes me to back down.

“I need him to be the voice of reason when the chaos is deafening.

“I need him to make me laugh when I’m taking things too seriously.

“I need his security and the safety he provides.

“I need his wise leading.

“I need him.

“But not only do I need him, but I want him.

“I want his friendship and conversation.

“I want his firm, calloused grip on my hand and his soft touch on my back.

“I want his contagious smile and inside jokes.

“I want his face to be the first and last I see everyday.

“I want his advice.

“I want him.

“Everyday.

Now, until forever, I need him. I “want him.

“There’s a lot of women who pride themselves on independence.

“There’s nothing wrong with being an independent woman…

“But there’s also nothing wrong with needing and wanting your husband.

“And I pray that my son will have a wife that needs and wants him too.

“Our men need us.

“They need to know and feel like we actually need and want them around.”

(B) The Reality

It’s fine that some lady likes to elaborately explain how she appreciates her guy. But plot twist: if the boys had heard her agree that “women don’t need no man”—then one of three things would have happened:

(1) if the boys were young, then they would not have understood the girl-power political-porn fantasy;

(2) if the boys were an adolescent or early teen—then they would just mock the girl-power political-porn fantasy: casually and factually pointing out to their mom all the ways that women constantly depend on men;

(3) if they boys were any older, then they would be totally used to hearing the boring, delusional girl-power political-porn fantasies of sad, goofy, cotton-crammed liars.

In any case, towards the end of the story, the author says “there’s nothing wrong with being an independent woman.” But what’s wrong with it is there is no it such thing as at “independent woman.” And the only women who pretend to be “independent”—are sad, needy liars who are addicted to not acknowledging the endless help and privilges that men give them for being women.

There are no “independent women.” And there are no independent men. That’s why any man worth talking to has learned the principle, in so many words, that “no man is an island.” A perfect example is Donald Trump: he is always gracious and grateful to the help around him. His fans mistake that as him being kind and moral. But in reality, he is not being “nice”: he has learned that, to get things done, you need to keep as many people as loyal as possible. An easy way to do that is just to be gracious and grateful to people who are helping you.

All women know that they need men. Socially ugly, boring women are the ones who have been trained to believe that they will get men’s help even when spouting the delusional, dishonest status-symbol that she is “independent.” No one admires sloppy hypocrite women who pretend to be independent. That is why the suicidal drug-addicts in Hollywood and government have to work so hard to sell the goofy myth of “independent women.”

Meanwhile, in Hollywood, government, and beyond: anywhere you see a woman pretending to be independent—there is a man, or men, a group of men called “government” who are coaching the lie—and profiting from it.
