Deb was was cartoonishly dishonest in court on the 20th of May, so it went her way that day. The judge did not give me a chance to refute anything - NOTHING at all. Well, here's my refutation, which I will be submitting to court... all twelve pages, plus 15 exhibit pages: Court Case: Lindquist vs. Lindquist

A series of videos which explains Deb's domestic violence against me, and my experience during the subsequent several weeks:

Apparently Deb was not bailed-out, instead the charges were simply dropped. More on that later, when I am in a better mood...

Deb was bailed-out today. She came by at about 9pm; a deputy came with her. Apparently, after just a little conversation with Deb (probably as they were walking up to our house) Deb had loosened up the deputy such that the FIRST thing which the deputy said to me was, "So, you guys going through some shit right now?" Really. That was it. I open the loudly knocked upon door, and the first thing I hear, from a uniformed officer, is, "So, you guys are I told the deputy that we are not going through any "shit" but that we were going through some things. He immediately changed his buddy-buddy tactic to be the authority-figure: "well let me be clear about one thing..." After his clarifications, I provided some of my own. After that, he both knew his place and was assured that his place was not to bounce from disrespectfully informal to disrespectfully formal on a whim. After all, the police slogan is "To Protect and Serve", NOT "to do and say any degenerate thing I want then play papa." Poor cop - he is the latest in a string of victims: those convinced by Deb that I am someone who politely weathers disrespect, tolerates slobbishness, et cetera. Her strawman caricatures of me simply do not prepare her subsidizers for their encounters with me... ;)
[ten minutes later] As I finished writing the preceding, I was called by the senior officer (sergeant) of the officer who had accompanied Deb. I had called the non-emergency number to complain (very informally I had hoped) about the conduct of the deputy. While I was on the phone with his superior officer, the deputy called me on the other line:
"Hi Russ?"
"Yeah, I'm actually on the other line with your sergeant. Can you call me back? Or I can call you."
"Oh... is everything okay? did I not answer all of your questions?"
"Yes, you did answer my questions; but I need to talk with the other line."
"Is it a complaint?"
"Yes. But a very informal complaint"
"... about me?"
"I am going to the other line. You can call back later, if you would like."
That's all I got about this... for now. Tomorrow: off to court to get a GOD... DAMNED... restraining order. She picked up my boy. In the middle of the night, she picked up Aiden; whereupon the deputy says to me, "she wants to take the kids with her tonight." Then I dovetailed his next words "do you have any objections?" I said "no"; but I was meaning "no she is not taking the kids." He took it as "no, I have no problem with that." So he reiterated it back: "you have no problem with her taking the kids tonight then?" I said, "No - I meant: she is not taking these kids tonight." They were both plenty convinced that I was in charge of that issue. She put my boy back in bed. They made their way to the exit. Damn, I need a restraining order. FYI for anyone and everyone: it is a really dangerous thing to attack me, then come back (regardless of your accompaniment), then pick up my baby as he or she sleeps. Deb made the right decision in putting Aiden back down. The deputy, of course, made the wrong decision in allowing her to pick him up in the first place: she was here for clothes and essentials.

Deb has been in jail, as of 22 April, 2010. The charges, so far, are 1) battery 2) ADW (assault with a deadly weapon, not a gun). Her arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday, April 28th, 130pm, El Cajon courthouse. I will be keeping her status up-to-date, at www.russlindquist.info/news

I am reconsidering how to most effectively present my ideas through the internet. For now, I have removed a LOT of content; and I will be adding pieces back, as I revisit and - if needed - revise each idea, to more clearly present it. If you have any ideas, or if there is a particular idea that you would like for me to explain: contact me.
